Folding Up the Big Girl Bloomers

It's a relief to be still. Building the house has kept me on the go for nearly a year, and I'm worn out. I've had my big girl bloomers on all year. I have four days of nearly no house. My Central Otago routine kicks in: airport bike ride, coffee with Lynette, driving Lionel, ice cream at Nom Noms, incidental encounters with friends. All good.

Back in Christchurch, Corinne waters my recently planted trees and send me pics of progress on the Tasmanian Blackwood- living and hallway nearly done. She also send a pic sitting in the rocking chair on the back verandah watching Natasha wielding the hose. Ka pai e hoa.
