I get to midday and breathe. No classes in the afternoon. I've got so much schoolwork and so much 'housework' to do. After school I check out the ensuite toilet seat. There are so many colours in there already with the yellow and pale green lead light, the grey/white marble basin and the rimu vanity unit, I'm thinking the seat could be the last straw. It's fine. I take the round window to Pete at Ambrose Heal. Yes he can reduce the frame and add an architrave. Phew. And he reckons he can sort the slider door which needs 4mm off the depth. But he'll need to see it. He also thinks he can reduce the width of the front door to fit. Amazing. I'm relieved because otherwise I will probably end up with new doors. More cost and older is better. As always, it's not what you know.
