A relaxing day of small errands. I call on Pete to let him know the laundry toe kicks need to be in for consent. I look at trellising, the plastic stuff is ugly, the wooden version, expensive. Then visit Lighthouse to try to finalise...stuff... lights are an open, never to be resolved, book. Or that's how it feels. I pick up some of my bottomless pit of stuff at Chris's then keep unpacking. Always time for the beach then I go to CBHS for end of year drinks. My service on the Te Kura Trust qualifies me for this event for I don't know how long. I go on a tour of their newly built block. Good break out spaces. And good views from the second floor. The drinks themselves are a good catch up. It's obvious those I've made a connection with and I'm surprised to learn how fast we move on once we've closed a door. Don't know if I'll be back, even if I'm invited next year. I sort out my clothes...so necessary as I can't find anything.
