Front Loader Mission

It's on my mind all day. How are we going to do this? Front loaders are super heavy so getting the machine into the garage is going to require an extra pair of hands. I stealthily borrow the school van and drive to the Noel Leemings depot. Its at the back of a park, hard to find and isolated. Looks like a drug pick up spot. There's no one about and no windows but a buzzer on the side of the building. I joke with the depot manager and he runs with it. Must be a boring job on his own doing deals all day. He's got a huge screen to match people with boxes.

When we get to College Ave there's a strong, burly looking guy trying to park too close to my driveway. I offer him a park when I'm in and ask if he will help. He's up for it but needs to collect his kids first. Kahu and I open the garage and wait. In the meantime we see the two Chinese guys who helped us last time and I give them a big wave. They wave back...little do they know they're on my hit list. Kahu and today's good Samaritan get the washing machine in. I take photos. Happy to watch on. Happy I've got one more curly job out of the way. I pick flowers from the garden to give to our guest speaker at the PPTA Maori teachers' dinner.
