Sunday Sort Out

I get some gardening done in the morning and check out the electrical sockets and switches. I discover some sockets at eye level, eye sores. In a bit of a flap I ring Nicky. I thought I had passed the hard part after the pre-wiring. Turns out the fit off is just as demanding. Kahu and I dig a bit more and I spend an hour with Nicky making sense of the kitchen and the fittings throughout the house. Checking out cracks in the concrete. As usual Nicky has sensible suggestions and solutions and I feel a lot better by the end of it. It's easier looking at someone's else's stuff. I've said it before, house building is not for sissies.
